This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities

The Expert RevOps Business Partner leads complex analyses, designs scalable GTM processes, and serves as a trusted advisor to functional leaders. This role owns cross‑functional RevOps initiatives and materially influences planning, forecasting accuracy, GTM efficiency, and revenue outcomes. 

 

Perform planning, budgeting, and analysis for the sales organization. Create sales and revenue forecasts using pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key sales performance indicators. Provide guidance to the sales teams by developing a well-structured sales process and implementing solutions based on analysis. Responsible for handling and managing the workflow of organizational sales processes, enabling sales operations to go smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales strategies to further the growth of the organization. Gather and organize data and generate deeper customer insight in order to enhance sales force productivity.  

 

  • Forecasting Support: Lead advanced forecasting, scenario modeling, and capacity analyses across new business, expansion and retention. 
  • Data Management: Oversee complex data sets and ensure data integrity across multiple systems and sources for strategic GTM reporting. 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and interpret dashboards and analytical reports that surface actionable insights and drive data-based decisions. 
  • Process Execution: Standardize and optimize RevOps processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency. 
  • Tool Utilization: Implement and enhance tooling to support scale, automation, and visibility. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business strategy into operational solutions and process enhancements. 
  • Learning and Development: Mentor less experienced RevOps business partners and share best practices to elevate team capabilities and improve operational maturity. 
  • AI Usage: Integrate AI-driven forecasting inputs and scenario models into the sales planning and pipeline analysis process. Generate and interpret predictive insights related to pipeline risk, customer churn propensity, and expansion opportunities. Design and implement AI-assisted automation and workflows that streamline recurring sales operations processes and improve GTM productivity. 
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel, including macros and complex modeling. 
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), including data schema and report creation. 
  • Strong experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL). 
  • Understanding of forecasting methodologies and sales pipeline analysis. 
  • Ability to automate reporting and build dashboards for leadership.
