At iPipeline, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information of our job applicants. This privacy notice outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information during the recruitment process.

We collect personal information directly from job applicants and through third parties, such as recruitment agencies or background check providers. The types of personal information we may collect include, but are not limited to, your name, contact information, resume, employment history, educational background, and references.
Use and of Personal Information
The personal information collected includes assessing your qualifications, communicating with you about the recruitment process, and carrying out background and reference checks, where applicable.
Your information will be used for the purpose of this recruitment process, and will be stored securely for a period of 24 months to enable us to contact you if you are unsuccessful this time and we have another vacancy that we think you might be interested in.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We may share your personal information with our employees, agents, and third-party service providers who are involved in the recruitment process. We ensure that these parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and use your personal information only for the purposes for which we have collected it. Protection of Personal Information
We take commercially reasonable precautions to protect the personal information in our possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure or error-free. While we work hard to protect data incidents, we have dedicated controls and procedures in place for when such situations, along with the procedures that are required to make notifications to you and to the relevant Supervisory Authority as appropriate.
